Air Maestro® is a system which is delivered under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model providing increased performance, reduced costs, streamlined support and improved flexibility.

The web-based software application Air Maestro® is offered as a Hosted Service (Cloud), giving you peace of mind with security whilst avoiding unnecessary expenditure on the purchase and support of your own computer hardware and environments. Our hosting servers are located in various international locations at fully redundant data centres.

Having your Air Maestro® system Hosted in our redundant and backed up data centres provides a good deal of flexibility and in the event of a natural or other disaster in your location you can be assured that your  Air Maestro® system is protected and available 24/7.   Should one of our hosting locations be effected by a natural disaster your Air Maestro® system can be transferred to another of our hosting locations to prevent any major interruptions to your system.

In-House Hosting

Air Maestro® is also available to Customers who wish to run the system within their own operational environment.  This will require the following minimum system specifications:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or 2008 Standard Edition

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 (with Reporting Services)

  • Internet Information Services 6 (IIS)

  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate

Users of Air Maestro® will require an internet ready computer running Internet Explorer 7 or greater. We also provide limited support for Internet Explorer 6, Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox 3.0.

Limited support is also available for mobile devices with web-based capabilities including iPad's, iPhones and other similar Windows CE and Android devices systems.

We are also able to work with Customers with particular security or monitoring requirements to provide a fully secure and functional system which sits within their overall operational parameters.
